Guest Teacher Program from Industry: Strengthening the Appearance Ethics of Pluit Youth Vocational School Students

As a form of commitment to improving the quality of learning and strengthening connections with the business world and the industrial world (DUDI), Pluit Youth Vocational School organizes a Guest Teacher Program from Industry to enrich students' insight and skills in the field of Appearance Ethics. This activity will take place on 18–20 November 2025 by directly presenting professionals from PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk, a leading company operating in the beauty, personal care and grooming product industries. For three days, students took part in various interesting sessions such as an introduction to industrial work culture, understanding professional appearance ethics, and demonstrations on the use of beauty products according to industry standards. Apart from providing practical experience, this activity also aims to open students' thinking horizons regarding career prospects in the beauty and creative industries. Through this program, Pluit Youth Vocational School hopes that students will gain new skills, increase their self-confidence, and have a better understanding of the demands of the modern world of work.
