2025 School Principal and Teacher Council Working Meeting

Academic Year: 2025/2026 Venue: Pluit Youth Vocational School Participants: Principal and entire Teacher Council Work Meeting Theme: "Increasing Teacher Competency in Understanding Learning Content and Teaching Strategies" As a first step in facing the 2025/2026 Academic Year, Pluit Youth Vocational School held a Working Meeting of School Principals and Teacher Council on 3-4 July 2025. This activity was attended by all teaching staff, heads of skills programs, and school management. This working meeting aims to align vision and perception in improving the quality of learning, while strengthening teachers' understanding of curriculum content as well as effective and innovative learning strategies. During the two days of implementation, various topics were discussed in depth, including improving learning facilities, training and developing the competencies of teaching staff, as well as planning extracurricular activities that could enrich students' learning experiences. With a spirit of collaboration and shared commitment, this work meeting is expected to produce a clear, measurable and sustainable work program.
