Basic Student Leadership Training Activities (LDKS) Pluit Youth Vocational School

Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKS) is a work program in the Student Affairs sector which is implemented as a form of basic leadership training for students. LDKS can be categorized as part of training and development of human resources (HR) in the school environment, which aims to prepare students to have a leadership spirit, be able to work effectively, and have a sense of responsibility in carrying out organizational duties. This Basic Student Leadership Training aims to improve students' abilities and skills in leading, as well as building strong character and personality, discipline, independence and integrity. The Pluit Youth Vocational School LDKS activity will be held on 7–9 December 2022, at Camp David, and lasts for 3 days and 2 nights. This LDKS activity was attended by students in classes X, XI, and XII. Therefore, leadership values ​​need to be instilled from an early age so that students are able to become individuals who are ready to lead and contribute positively to the school environment and society.
